It's okay to change your mind
You have 7 days for a replacement or 3 days to return any unused item in its original, unopened packaging.
What you will need
Invoices or receipts and unused products in their original unopened packaging are required for all returns or exchanges.
We will issue refunds in the same payment method at the time of purchase (for example, for a credit card in the same credit card or mada account in the same original mada account you must bring the same cards with you).

Climbing ropes of all kinds (except for manufacturing defects)

Holds Return Policy
It takes time for you and your new climbing clutches to get used to each other. That's why we give you 15 days to make sure you're compatible. If the fit isn't right, simply come back to us and choose other climbing clutches.
When you've found your perfect match, you can climb up easily with a free 1-year warranty.
Terms and Conditions
You can replace your clutches once within 15 days if you don't like them, provided they are not dirty, marked or damaged.
You should return the clutches to the Taj Climbing Store with your receipt and we will help you find the one that fits you best.
Please note that your new Climbing Clutches at first may appear to be very stiff. It may take some time for your hand to get used to the grips and the wall
If you would like to upgrade your clutches, all we ask is that you pay the difference between the original purchase price and the price of your chosen replacement. If the replacement clutches are lower in price, we will credit the difference to your account with us for future purchases.
This return policy and our guarantee do not affect your statutory rights.
